One of our favorite things to do is to introduce drivers to the latest Mazda styles and craftsmanship and, right now, we're excited to share with you the latest news and developments coming our way from our favorite carmaker.
A New All-Electric Mazda
The first exciting tidbit we want to share with North Port and Punta Gorda drivers is the planned arrival of an all-new Mazda electric vehicle. In fact, the 2022 Mazda MX-30 is more than just a new EV to hit Florida roads - it's also the first ever all-electric Mazda the carmaker has released. A compact SUV that's based on the same design as the Mazda CX-30, this model gets a 143-horsepower electric motor with 200 pound-feet of torque and a nice driving range to get you to and from work.
A New Adventure-Worthy SUV
The MX-30 isn't the only all-new SUV joining the Mazda family in coming months. The second tidbit we have for you is the introduction of the upcoming, 2023 Mazda CX-50. Similar in size to the perennially popular Mazda CX-5, the CX-50 will seat five people in a compact SUV design. It has a more-rugged appearance than the previously mentioned model though, and a personality that's up for anything. It's also expected to arrive in dealerships around mid-2022.
New Updates to a Fan Favorite
The Mazda CX-30 first came out in 2020 and has been building a loyal fanbase ever since. For our third and final tidbit today, we're thrilled to share a few upcoming changes on this model for our Lakewood Ranch and Venice, FL customers. Updates include all-wheel drive now coming standard on all trims, a new special edition package added to the lineup, and a minor shakeup in the list of trims and features.
